The Role
We’re seeking a highly experienced AI Automation Expert to architect, deploy, and evolve our next generation of AI agents. Your mission: design scalable, intelligent agents that act as digital employees, drive sales, and deliver measurable business performance.

What You’ll Do
👉 Architect and automate cross-functional agents across SMS, chat, voice, and email.
👉 Integrate LLMs (e.g., GPT-4), APIs, and datasets (CRMs, e-commerce platforms, knowledge bases).
👉 Utilise a variety of AI platforms and tools (e.g. N8N, Make, 11Labs, Lindy)
👉 Apply strategic prompt engineering, conversation design, and reinforcement logic.
👉 Optimize sales workflows for cart abandonment and lead nurturing use cases.
👉 Continuously improve agent effectiveness using performance metrics and insights.
👉 Collaborate with growth, strategy, and implementation teams to align client outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
📈 1+ years in AI automation, LLM integration, or agent development.
📈 Hands-on experience with demonstratable portfolio.
📈 Proven track record building and deploying AI workflows that drive revenue.
📈 Strategic mindset: you understand client outcomes and business logic, not just code.
📈 Bonus: experience in cart recovery, lead nurturing, or e-commerce optimization.
