The role

You will run enablement audits end to end and lead the programs that follow. That means sitting with owners and executives, walking workflows with the people who run them, scoring our six-pillar readiness framework honestly, and turning what you find into use cases with numbers attached and a 90-day roadmap the client can actually run.

What you’ll do

• Lead discovery calls and workflow reviews with Australian SMB leadership teams.
• Score readiness across strategy, data, technology, people, process and governance.
• Rank AI use cases by value at stake and effort to capture, with defensible numbers.
• Write scorecards and roadmaps in plain English that a board can act on.
• Run debrief workshops and handle the hard questions in the room.
• Lead enablement sprints: data consolidation plans, team training, governance setup.
• Work with our implementation team so roadmaps land as deployments, not documents.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years in consulting, business analysis or operations improvement.
• Working fluency with modern AI: what agents and LLMs can and cannot do today.
• Evidence you can walk an unfamiliar business and map where the money leaks.
• Writing that executives read to the end. Short sentences, real numbers.
• Bonus: exposure to the Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles.
