This role is how we stop that.

The role

You make sure the people who live with an AI system use it, trust it and know when to overrule it. You train front-line staff, managers and owners in clinics, warehouses, councils and firms. You run the change from first demo to daily habit, and you measure adoption in numbers, not survey smiles.

What you’ll do

• Map who each deployment affects and what changes in their working day.
• Design and run training for front-line staff, managers and owners, on site and online.
• Teach teams to work beside digital staff: when to hand over, when to step in, when to pause.
• Write the short guides, SOPs and escalation steps people actually read.
• Help clients set an AI use policy and train staff on it, in line with our Guardrails Framework.
• Measure adoption: usage, overrides, workarounds and the reasons behind them.
• Feed what you learn back to the build team so the next release fits the work better.

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years in training, change management, L&D or operations improvement.
• At least one technology rollout you led and can describe in numbers.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools in your own work, and the skill to explain them without jargon.
• Equally at ease with a warehouse crew and a board.
• Clear, short writing, tested on the people who will use it.
• Bonus: a change certification such as Prosci, or rollouts in healthcare, government, education or logistics.
